Awards for our Dorset Artisan Charcuterie  2014 We were lucky enough to be finalists in the 2014 BBC Food and Farming Awards in the Best Food Producer category. Great Taste Awards. We entered our smoked mutton and lardo into these awards, run by the Guild of Fine Food, and won a maximum of 3 stars for our lardo and 2 for our smoked mutton. Taste of the West Awards 2014.
