Capreolus at Borough Market

We are the only English producer of Charcuterie in Borough Market. In fact the only charcuterie ‘producers’ in the market  (not a reseller).   

Bobby  joined Capreolus in early 2021 to manage our Borough Market stall.  He has a passion for food and a background as a qualified chef from Slovenia (did you know that Slovenia is the proud holder of the title of European region of gastronomy for 2021)?  It’s not a surprise to know he has a second sense when it comes to quality and flavour. He thoroughly enjoys chatting to customers  about the produce and the Capreolus ethos when they stop by the stall.  

Bobby is a self-confessed foodie with a passion for charcuterie (along with  great cheese & wine).
