Capreolus Truffle-Infused Lardo Crostini

80g Capreolus Truffle-Infused Lardo, thinly sliced
1 loaf ciabatta bread, cut into 1cm slices
1 large clove garlic, peeled and cut in half
good-quality extra virgin olive oil
1 sprig of fresh rosemary – needles only, very finely chopped
Grill the slices of ciabatta
Whilst hot rub the surface of the grilled ciabatta with the garlic clove
Drizzle with olive oil
Top each piece with a slice of lardo
Sprinkle with a little of the chopped rosemary and serve whilst still hot
