Vegetable Side Dish (a winner on the side of your Xmas dinner!)
Ingredients
Sprouts (par boiled)
200ml Double cream
30 - 50g Dorset Nduja
50g Parmesan (Grated)
Directions
Slowly simmer the double cream until reduced by 1/3
Add the Dorset Nduja and stir until completely dissolved into the cream
Remove from the heat and add ⅔ of the grated parmesan
Stir the mixture through the cooked sprouts, place in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with remaining parmesan
Place under a hot grill until nicely glazed
