Our new Smoked Venison is made from Dorset Sika Deer which is cured with black pepper, rosemary, thyme, juniper, muscovado sugar and port.  It's then air dried for several weeks before it is lightly smoked over beech wood.    

This is rich and flavourful with a subtle sweetness.

Serve as part of a mixed charcuterie board or on its own with a salad and shavings of parmesan.

NB -  this is a hot off the press batch so our fancy branded packaging is still in production for this product.  

Ingredients:  Venison, salt, muscovado sugar, black pepper, rosemary, thyme, juniper berries, port. 160g venison used per 100g.

Preservatives: Sodium nitrite, Ascorbic acid.
