Shelf life

We believe in producing our cured, air-dried and smoked products with the greatest of care to ensure they reach you in the best possible condition.  For this reason, we have an active testing regime with Microtech Services (Wessex) Ltd and have gone further with expensive shelf life testing so you can be sure of a product with excellent keeping qualities.  The shelf life of our various products is as follows:
