Here is a list of the courses, festivals, events (including Trade events) and markets we will be attending in 2016. We hope to see you there!  If you cannot get to any of these events you can buy most of our range on-line or by calling 01935 83883.

February

24th/25th February (Wednesday/Thursday). Casual Dining Show TRADE ONLY. Business Design Centre, 52 Upper Street London N1 0QH

March

12th/13th February (Saturday/Sunday) A two day hands-on 'Butchery, bacon & sausage-making' course. Breakfast and lunch. Take home full notes and recipes together with some of the sausages and bacon that you made.

10th December (Saturday): Capreolus Open Day, The Smokehouse, Rampisham, West Dorset (near Beaminster, Maiden Newton and about 8 miles from Bridport, Dorchester, Crewkerne and Yeovil) - Bottom of Linnet Lane. DT2 0PN.  Follow the signs to find us.

Tour the Smokehouse from 10-3pm. Free Entry to all (some steps into the smokehouse). We will have lots of tasters of our award-winning products and short guided tours of the salami room, maturing room and large smoker with David and Karen Richards.  We shall also have a large variety of treats for sale including our cured, air-dried and smoked meats, salamis, bacon and sausages and our new cold smoked fish (smoked Arctic Charr).  We look forward to welcoming you.
