The salami with a 'slow burn'. Flavour is of great importance to us, and not just heat. Our Dorset Warmer is made with ground free range pork and seasoned with four different chillies, smoked paprika, garlic and black pepper. The sausages are filled into natural beef casings before being fermented and air dried. Dorset Warmer makes an excellent snack on its own or can be enjoyed as part of a charcuterie board (it might be advisable to have a beer to hand to cool things down a little)!

Ingredients: Pork, pork fat, salt, garlic, black pepper, paprika, ancho chilli, urfa chilli, cayenne, chilli flakes. 170g pork used for 100g product.
Preservatives: Sodium nitrite, Ascorbic acid
